Mastics and sealants from producer

Packaging type:
Metal buckets with lid "clamp" on the 20 kg to 50 kg.

Used for:

• waterproofing of building structures (foundations, cellars and other facilities) dug into ground or dank premises ;
• corrosion protection and waterproofing of cast iron and ceramic pipes at their burial in the ground;
• corrosion protection and filling cavities welded pipe;
• to protect the pipeline from corrosion at crossings "surface to air" and the linear part of the pipeline, for insulation fittings and valves.
• for corrosion protection, waterproofing and sealing reservoirs;
• for the installation and repair of mastic and other kinds of roofs (in conjunction with fiberglass, roll materials without them).

Outward appearance
Homogeneous black mass is ready to use. The consistency and color of the mastic can be modified per customer's request.

Applying the bituminous "PLASTILENT MBM"
Any work when using mastic should be carried outside or in a well-ventilated area. Before applying the mastic, mix thoroughly, if necessary add xylene solvent, for the desired consistency.

For waterproofing and other roofing works:
The work surface must be cleaned of dust, oil, ice and other contaminants. Mastic is applied in layers by brush, spatula, or in bulk, followed by leveling with special rakes. To improve the impact of the material, process the surface with bituminous primer or any degreasing composition. Allowable thickness of a single layer is 2-5 mm.
The time of drying for each layer, depends on the thickness approximately -12-24 hours. The time for final setting of properties - 7 days. Application temperature is + 400C -100C. At low temperatures before applying the mastic needs to be stored in room temperature, for at least 20 hours.
Consumption mastic per m2: - 2.5 - 5.5 kg / m2

For anti-corrosive treatments:
Clean with a wire brush and (or) abrasive paper for processing of the surface from dirt, loose old coatings, rust formation and porous compositions and complete process of degreasing. If there is partial rust, it is recommended to mechanically remove or treat the surface with chemical "rust cleaners". Mastic is applied to the prepared surface by spray, brush or roller, each layer is 0.3-0.4 mm.
The recommended amount of application is 2-3 layer at the time, with intermediate drying for at least 2 hours. Last surface layer should be dried for at least 24 hours at a temperature of from + 15 to + 30 0C 0C. Consumption of the mastic is 0.4-0.5 kg / m2

ATTENTION!
Do not use near open flames. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
The mastic should be stored in compressed form in closed ventilated warehouses at ambient temperature avoiding direct sunlight, rain and away from heaters.
Tara with mastic must be tightly clogged. To avoid thickening of mastic in container should not to be open until use. In the case of partial flow of mastic, residue must be tightly sealed again.
